In-App-Purchase (自動更新サブスクリプション) 使用時のチェックポイント

App Store Connect での設定​

(1) App Store Connect > アプリ > $(自分のアプリ) > 一般 > アプリ情報​

  • 使用許諾契約
    • → Apple の標準 (EULA) を選択
    • → 「Appleの標準使用許諾契約」と表示される

(2) App Store Connect > アプリ > $(自分のアプリ) > App Store 信頼と安全 > アプリのプライバシー​

  • プライバシーポリシーURL
    • → ここに自前の プライバシーポリシーURL を指定

(3) App Store Connect > アプリ > $(My App) > X.XX 提出準備中 > 概要​

ここに EULA についての明記が必要。

忘れがち。というより、ドキュメントに分かりやすく明記されていないように見えるが、ないと審査で引っかかる。

(4) App Store Connect > アプリ > $(My App) > 収益化 > サブスクリプション​

  • サブスクリプショングループの追加
    • サブスクリプション
      • ローカリゼーション ← 説明の欄に 広告の内容と期間、自動更新であることを明示
      • 審査メモ ← 購入の操作方法と、スクリーンショットの明示
  • 請求の猶予期間の設定 ← これは必須か不明

アプリ内での表記​

(1) サブスクリプションの購入画面で、以下を含める​

  • サブスクリプション内容の説明と、期間、自動更新であることの明示
  • 利用規約へのリンク
  • プライバシーポリシーへのリンク

→ これも、どれか1つ抜いても審査が通らない。

( App Store Connect に書いたから不要か、と思ってためしに リンク外したら審査で引っかかった )

レビューへの返信について​

操作が分かりづらい等で 審査担当者が機能を把握できていないだけの場合は Reply のみで完結することもある

また、再提出のときにコメントする欄がないので、レビューの返信で、どこを変えたのか伝えるようにしている。
( これは必要ではないはずだが、少しでもやり取りがスムーズになることを期待して )

再申請後は編集できないので、申請する前に返信する。

I noticed that my app description did not include a link to the Terms of Use (Apple’s standard EULA).
I have added the link to both the App Store description, and I will resubmit the app for review.

Guideline 3.1.2 - Business - Payments - Subscriptions

The submission did not include all the required information for apps offering auto-renewable subscriptions.

The app's metadata is missing the following required information:

  • A functional link to the Terms of Use (EULA). If you are using the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA), include a link to the Terms of Use in the App Description. If you are using a custom EULA, add it in App Store Connect.
